Once a month, we gather at Pompano Beach under the Full Moon for a night of clearing, healing, meditation, sound therapy, reflection, and connection.
We practice gentle posture/asanas to open the body synchronized with deep breathwork, followed by deep relaxation and sound healing frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Bring a friend and your favorite blanket.
We meet on The Great Lawn, across the street from Briny Iris Pub in Pompano Beach.
