As a former dancer, finding the physical practice of yoga literally saved my body. I had so many aches and pains from lack of stretching, and overuse while growing, that yoga completely alleviated. Finding this studio and its teacherers taught me how to move in an unrestricted way. It was because of the love of this physical practice that I decided to join teacher training six years ago. At the time, I was a college student and unsure of my path in life. I was not expecting that becoming a yoga teacher would give me the courage to follow all of my dreams and go after my life’s desires. If it weren’t for the yoga teacher training, I would have followed the path of least resistance and I would probably be miserable in my job choice right now. Because of yoga I have found ever-growing love and spirituality that I have built my life upon. I truly thank Juliana for the encouragement and eye-opening experience that the yoga teacher training awakened me to.

Kaylas yoga classes will leave you feeling transformed. Those that have learned from her are extremely lucky because she shares her gift with you. By focusing on every aspect of yoga, you learn everything you need to know to deepen your practice. The most meaningful aspect is the joy and feeling of well being you will experience through her teachings. She is not only a yoga instructor but a healer to all those that are open to it. Namaste.
Luckily, I’m thrilled to say that I was led to yoga. It’s been over 2 1/2 years now and I try not to miss healing class. It’s not only the knowledge of the body’s physiology, but it’s the way classes are instructed. It’s the energy, the grace, the patience and the giving that keeps on briging me back.
Teachers teach from their heart, you can feel the passion and wisdom coming through. I always finish class in a “yoga high”, not wanting to leave… yet looking forward to coming back.
I am so grateful and thankful that I was lead to this studio. Yoga keeps me balanced in my mind and in harmony.
I met Juliana over 18 years ago and have been blessed to work with her ever since.
Juliana is the most beautiful, spiritual and caring person I have ever met. She has not only taught me the practice and art of yoga and meditation but has also taught me how to use this knowledge to help me with the everyday challenges of life.I have had back and neck problems for over 30 years and Juliana spent many hours finding ways to creatively work with and accommodate my limitations. Since beginning yoga with her I have had several surgeries, back, neck, knee and shoulders, and with each one she has worked diligently to help me navigate through the pain and recovery. She found ways to stretch and manipulate my body in order to assist the healing process. It was Juliana’s breathing techniques and voice that I kept hearing after my cervical and lumbar fusions that helped me to breathe through the pain.
The incredible flexibility and balance I fortunately have even after undergoing several surgeries is because of Juliana’s continuous efforts and persistence to maneuver and creatively work with my body and mind to keep me focused on healing and maintaining. She has patiently worked with my feet focusing on the trigger points in my toes to ease my neck pain when nothing and no one else was able to help me.
Juliana is by far the most selfless and beautiful person inside and out. She will always go the extra mile and will find a way even when you think all possibilities have been exhausted.
She is a true healer and has a very special and unique gift that she so generously shares with others .She wants to help as many people as she can and gives of herself and her practice to do so.
It is a privilege to call Juliana my teacher, my friend and my inspiration. Every time I see her mom I thank her for the gift of her daughter
I am one of the lucky people whose life she has impacted in such a special way.
Juliana , thank you for touching my life and letting me be a part of yours.

My personal journey began with Julianna over 10 years ago went I took a yoga class at the Coral Springs Museum of Art. It was truly an enchanting experience. But after a car accident I developed a chronic pain condition called RSD/CPRS (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) / (Complex Reginal Pain Syndrome) that affected my nervous system, causing stiffness, spasms and pain. My journey with yoga changed as Juianna encouraged me to listen to my body and follow its desire to move more slowly with focus on breath work and isolated stretching. It takes a lot of patience and she has never wavered in her dedication to being consistent with positive reinforcement. Never judging or pushing just guiding and always supporting spiritual growth and body awareness. She is a true teacher of the mind body connection and my time with her is something I cherish as I continue on my path to wellness.
Anyone can benefit from a yoga class with Julianna she is truly a learned soul. Each day we are all students of life and learning along the way. Wishing you wellness as you open your mind, heart, body and soul to yoga.
I have been practicing yoga with Juliana for 18 years and my experience has been amazing from my very first class I recognized something extremely special in her and for myself.
Yoga has changed my life for the better in so many ways besides gaining strength, balance and a calmness to my mind, body and spirit and enriching my heart, my soul and my mind and being able to learn to stay present in the moment she has giving me the ability thru her guidance and vast knowledge to achieve so much for my life, With her love and spirituality, compassion and patience I have become more loving spiritual and more compassionate and patient ,striving to reach inner peace and enlightenment, and I am so very grateful to her and her family for allowing me to be a part of her life and will remain a student of hers forever.
All of my love
Yoga 4 Life Studios effectively changed my life. While transitioning from high school to a college hours away from home, I found myself showing psychological as well as physiological symptoms of stress. After taking a class with Cristina, I felt immediate relief. However, it was the lack of judgement that Kayla has instilled in both her students and teachers that had me coming back, knowing that yoga was a practice and not something to be perfected. Now in Jacksonville, I am a RYT 200 teaching weekly and working towards my 500-hour certification. A huge thanks to Kayla and the beautiful teachers that give life to this very special studio! Thank you for changing lives, including mine!
Kayla you are a healer, very special soul!
